Responsibilities

• Mezclar, porcionar y dar forma a la masa según las recetas de la empresa.

• Hervir los bagels antes del horneado para lograr la textura clásica.

• Limpiar y desinfectar la maquinaria, utensilios y el área de trabajo diariamente.

• Cumplir estrictamente con las normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria.
