Job Title: Assistant Property Manager
Location: Manhattan, NY 

Description:
A real estate company specializing in multifamily properties is seeking an Assistant Property Manager with a strong focus on managing and clearing property violations across a 250–300 unit portfolio. This role is primarily office-based with some field responsibilities. 

Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of DOB, Environmental, Fire Department, and HPD violations from start to resolution
- Follow up consistently to ensure violations are corrected and pass inspections
- Coordinate with tenants, property managers, superintendents, and contractors to resolve issues
- Track violation statuses and maintain compliance records
- Assist with general property management tasks as needed
