Open Road is seeking a high-performing Automotive Finance Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced F&I professional who is motivated to maximize earnings while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of F&I Manager experience in a high-volume dealership , a strong understanding of lending guidelines and compliance, and the confidence to conduct professional and effective menu presentations. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment, including some evenings and Saturdays. Strong proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We’re looking for a finance professional who can build trust with customers, work effectively with lenders and the sales team, and consistently deliver strong results while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and professionalism.
