$250 sign-on bonus payment after 30 days

Ask questions and listen carefully to understand customer needs
Provide a professional, consultative sales experience
Demonstrate Honda vehicles, features and technology
Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
Develop strong knowledge of Honda products, options and packages
Follow up with customers before and after the sale
Build repeat and referral business
Professionally overcome objections and close sales
Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales objectives
