Earl and Isabella's Taverna is seeking an experienced, hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team. We are an Italian-inspired restaurant where the bar plays a central role in the guest experience. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values genuine hospitality, and takes pride in precision and presentation.
Provide warm, attentive service to bar and dining room guests
Prepare classic and signature cocktails with consistency
Execute Italian staples such as Negronis, Spritz variations, and digestivi service
Guide guests through wine, amaro, and cocktail selections
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
Follow all alcohol service laws and company standards
Accurately process payments and maintain POS integrity
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
2+ years bartending experience (craft or high-volume preferred)
Knowledge of classic cocktails and Italian spirits (amaro, vermouth, grappa)
Basic wine knowledge required
Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay composed under pressure
Professional appearance and positive attitude
TABC certification required
Evening and weekend availability
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift 40+ lbs
