**Key Qualifications:**
- Completion of high school or equivalent education, complemented by relevant trade schooling.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in burner and boiler services, with licensing being an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in reading blueprints and managing various electrical systems.
- Expertise in diagnosing and repairing boiler systems and controls.
- Competent in using gauges and meters to ensure equipment meets specifications.
- Knowledgeable in operating both single- and dual-pipe steam and hydronic systems.
- Outstanding communication skills for conveying instructions and maintaining comprehensive records.
- Strict adherence to industry safety standards and procedures.
