Job Overview

Responsibilities  

• Packaging & Presentation: Accurately label, cork, seal, and box finished spirits to meet brand standards.
• Production Support: Assist distillers with processing procedures, including weighing raw ingredients, helping on the bottling line and mixing.
• Inventory & Material Handling: Load and unload finished products, barrels, and raw materials; safely move heavy materials around the production floor.
• Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a spotless production facility by washing tanks, cleaning hoses, sanitizing equipment, and following strict safety and OSHA guidelines.
• Quality Control: Inspect bottles and packaging for defects to ensure only premium products reach the shelves.

Skills  

• Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on precision, ensuring labels are perfectly aligned.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, work in varying temperature environments, and repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team Player: Strong communication skills and a cooperative attitude to work smoothly with the distilling team.
• Adaptability: Comfortable multitasking and shifting priorities quickly in a fast-paced production environment.
