Cake Decorator

In the position of Cake Decorator, you have the unique opportunity to prepare and decorate custom ice cream and Blizzard cakes for our Fans. Candidates must be committed to creating fans by serving guests with hospitality during high volume periods, insuring a great experience. Qualified candidates will exhibit exceptional decorating skills including gel, icing, air brush, decorating kits, edible images, floral designs, and licensed character designs through examples such as portfolio.

Cake Decorator Responsibilities Include:

• Warmly greeting guests
• Maintaining a professional demeanor in high-pressure situations
• Serving our Fans with both speed and friendliness
• Prepare and decorate cakes according to assigned specifications including cakes for special orders and walk-in customers.
• Operate cake production area in accordance with established standards, policies and procedures.
• Show up on time, maintain a great attitude and stay focused for your entire shift
• Constantly improve yourself by finding ways to do your work better and/or faster
• Be responsible to fill your shift if you are unable to work
• Display good stewardship and a sense of ownership for your work
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
