Located inside the Whitney Museum of American Art, the bakery produces French breads, viennoiserie, and pastry with the same commitment to craft, product, and hospitality that defines all of our restaurants.
The Role
We’re looking for a skilled, detail-driven Cake Decorator to finish and decorate our cakes and pastries for the retail counter, special orders, and events across the group. You’ll work closely with our pastry and bakery leadership to execute a refined, classic French aesthetic with consistency and precision, at volume.
