Position Overview
We are seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to support our logistics operations by assisting clients with inquiries, shipment updates, and service coordination in Orlando, FL.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
* Provide updates on shipments and inventory status
* Assist with service requests and basic account questions
* Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Minimum requirements:
