We re seeking a Data Entry Specialist to assist with a 40 hour per week temporary project to help make our dedication consistent across the products we build. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for analyzing historical production data to establish relevant work instruction updates. This role requires strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and the ability to follow established procedures accurately. Key Responsibilities: Navigate and review PDF documents to extract relevant data. Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets, including: Entering data from PDFs. Building formulas to automate calculations and organize information. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information. Other duties as assigned. This is a 4-month temporary assignment. Hours: 7:00am-4:00pm Monday-Thursday 7:30am-2:00pm Friday Please email your resume to jobs@aws-us.com
