The Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Strategy Lead is responsible for defining and driving the enterprise strategy for talent acquisition, onboarding, and early talent experience across the organization. This role serves as the COE domain lead for the end-to-end candidate and new hire journey, partnering closely with PXT, Talent Acquisition operations, and business leaders to design scalable, modern, and high-impact solutions.
This leader owns strategy, standards, governance, and capability design for recruiting and onboarding, while ensuring operational execution is effectively delivered through PXT and MSP partners. The role focuses on enterprise design and outcomes rather than day-to-day recruiting operations.
This position requires a strategic, forward-thinking leader with strong experience in enterprise talent acquisition design, employer branding, onboarding transformation, and workforce planning.
Define and drive enterprise talent acquisition and onboarding strategy aligned to business priorities and workforce needs
Design and evolve the end-to-end candidate and employee onboarding experience, including employer brand, sourcing strategy, pre-boarding, onboarding journey design, and Day 1 readiness
Establish standards, governance, and enterprise frameworks across recruiting systems, onboarding platforms, and TA processes
Partner with PXT and operational teams to ensure solutions are scalable, deployment-ready, and effectively executed regionally
Drive external sourcing strategy, contingent workforce planning, and talent pipeline development
Leverage market insights, talent analytics, and external benchmarks to continuously improve TA effectiveness and candidate experience
Identify capability gaps and partner with COE Capability Design to develop tools, templates, and frameworks
Serve as Global Process Owner (GPO) for assigned talent acquisition and onboarding processes
Ensure consistent governance while enabling local adaptation where appropriate
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Strategy, HRBP, or related HR leadership roles
Strong expertise in enterprise recruiting strategy, onboarding design, and workforce planning
Experience leading global talent acquisition transformation in a complex, matrixed organization
Strong understanding of TA technology, systems, and process design
Excellent leadership, influence, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical mindset with ability to leverage data for strategy decisions
Experience working across global teams and multi-region operating models preferred
