Job Description

Wilson Ford Lincoln is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a DRIVER/LOT ATTENDANT at our Saginaw, MI location. This role is essential in supporting the daily operations of our dealership by efficiently managing vehicle movement and maintaining lot organization to ensure a seamless customer and staff experience. Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles to and from service bays, customer locations, and other designated areas safely and efficiently.
• Maintain the dealership lot by parking vehicles in an organized manner and ensuring cleanliness and order.
• Assist in the reception and delivery of vehicles, documenting vehicle conditions as needed.
• Support other team members with general duties as assigned to ensure dealership operations run smoothly.
• Perform routine inspections and report any vehicle issues or damages promptly.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate various types of vehicles safely.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Physical ability to frequently walk, stand, and perform light to moderate lifting.
