Job Description
We are seeking an entry-level accounts receivable specialist to assist the AR department at our corporate HQ in Framingham. We are willing to train candidates with an interest in accounting & that are looking to elevate their careers. Candidates with a background in customer service, administrative roles, or entry-level accounting experience are encourged to apply.
salary: $21 - $21.74 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
- Invoice Generation: Prepared and distributed accurate weekly invoices to clients.
- Payment Processing: Recorded incoming checks, ACH, and wire transfers into the accounting system.
- Collections: Conducted polite follow-up calls and emails for overdue accounts.
- Reconciliation: Balanced daily cash receipts against the general ledger to find discrepancies.
- Data Entry: Maintained up-to-date client files and billing records with high accuracy.
