Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and energetic Entry Level Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of promotional events, customer engagement activities, and community initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy coordinating activities, working with people, and developing event management skills.
Responsibilities
* Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events.
* Help organize event schedules, materials, supplies, and displays.
* Communicate with team members to coordinate event activities.
* Welcome attendees and provide professional customer assistance.
* Assist with event setup, breakdown, and organization.
* Help distribute promotional materials and communicate product information.
* Support lead generation and customer engagement during events.
* Maintain organized event records and resources.
* Assist with post-event follow-up and team coordination.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Minimum requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Energetic, dependable, and professional attitude.
* Comfortable working with customers and team members.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn.
* Previous experience in events, customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or promotions is a plus but not required. REQUISITOS
