Job Description
- Maintain High-Precision Standards: Consistently possess flawless TIG welds on thin-gauge stainless steel, aluminum, and specialty alloys under minimal supervision, achieving a 99% pass rate on visual and dye-penetrant inspections during overnight shifts.
- Autonomous Problem-Solving: Direct night-shift setup, material preparation, and machine calibration from blueprints, ensuring uninterrupted production flow and solving complex fit-up challenges independently.
- Uncompromising Safety Focus: Strictly adhere to OSHA guidelines and shop safety protocols while operating solo or in small night crews, maintaining a zero-accident safety record through diligent PPE use and proactive workspace management.
- Reliable Schedule Adherence: Demonstrate exceptional punctuality and focus on the graveyard shift, consistently meeting or exceeding nightly production quotas while keeping machinery properly maintained for the day-shift transition.
