Family Support Service Navigator
Location: MCS Holyoke (260 Westfield Rd, Holyoke)
Responsibilities: Service Navigators support families who have a family member with an Intellectual Disability. Supports include, but are not limited to case management, accessing generic services, assessing needs, developing Family Support Plans, and providing information and referrals. Must have valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: $23.50/hr
Required Trainings/Skills: Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and Bilingual in (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
