Job Title: General Laborer Job Description

As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for building PODs that hold inventory on the robotics floor. This role requires comfort with heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds repetitively, and the ability to work in a loud, fast-paced environment. You will work collaboratively with a team to complete a designated number of Pods within a specific timeframe while maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Build and assemble metal workstations and inventory shelving units.
  • Perform heavy lifting, pulling, pushing, and use hand tools such as hammers, rivet guns, and pallet jacks.
  • Work as part of a team to meet production targets.
  • Ensure a clean and safe workspace.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in general labor, construction, or production.
  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
  • Experience in carpentry or commercial construction.
  • Ability to read a tape measure.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Punctual and reliable.
  • Safety conscious with a team-player attitude.
  • Physically capable of repetitive work and standing or walking for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment up to 45 lbs.

Work Environment

The role is set in a climate-controlled warehouse environment, which is loud and can be chaotic. The shift is from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime available on Saturdays.

This is a Contract position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
