Compensation & Benefits

• 3-year guaranteed base salary (no production-based salary reductions)
• ~$650,000 salary for qualified, experienced hematology-oncologists
• Comprehensive benefits package equating to a $75,000 value
• Student loan/tuition assistance of $50,000 per year
