Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Work on heat pumps, air handlers, furnaces, and related HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot system issues and recommend appropriate repair options.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and customers.
• Explain findings, repair needs, and service options in a customer-friendly manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked service vehicle.
• Follow company procedures, safety standards, and service documentation requirements.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
• Represent the company professionally while working in customers' homes and businesses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on HVAC service and troubleshooting experience required.
• Experience must include service/repair work; install-only experience will not qualify.
• EPA Universal / CFC Certification required.
• Experience with heat pumps, air handlers, and furnaces preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Respectful, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to participate in a fair rotating on-call schedule.
