Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Location: Tucson, AZ

Pay: $30.00–$45.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Tucson, Arizona. If you take pride in troubleshooting complex HVAC systems, delivering outstanding customer service, and working independently, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, chillers, boilers, heat pumps, and package units.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical issues.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations with customers.
• Complete service reports and work orders accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and company equipment.
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical controls, and HVAC diagnostics.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on rooftops, ladders, and in varying weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience servicing Trane, Carrier, York, Lennox, Daikin, or AAON equipment.
• NATE certification or equivalent.
• VRF/VRV experience is a plus.
• Building automation controls experience is a plus.
