Junior Product Manager Location: Whippany, NJ Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Manager to support the development, testing, and launch of innovative voice-controlled products. This role is ideal for an individual with a technical background who enjoys working across product development and quality assurance. The successful candidate will help ensure products meet quality standards and are ready for successful market introduction. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, configure, and test voice-controlled products for market release.
• Develop and implement software tools to analyze product performance and support product improvement initiatives.
• Perform company-established QA/QC inspection and testing procedures throughout product development phases.
• Create, execute, and document test plans and test cases; analyze results and prepare detailed reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, product development, and quality teams to identify and resolve product issues.
• Prepare product samples and demonstration units for trade shows, customer presentations, buyer meetings, and other sales and marketing activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to testing, inspections, product evaluations, and release readiness.
• Assist in product launch preparation and ongoing product performance monitoring.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Product Management, or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with software testing, product validation, or quality assurance methodologies.
• Ability to document processes, test results, and technical findings clearly and accurately.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience with consumer electronics, or smart home products.
• Programming or scripting experience (Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar).
• Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and product lifecycle management.
• Experience creating test automation or data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of product performance analytics and reporting tools.
