Salary: $46,000 - 74,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 0–2 years of experience in software development, automation, systems, or data-related work; relevant co-op, internship, academic, or project experience is considered.
• Working knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript, plus a basic understanding of web application development and modern frameworks.
• Foundational knowledge of SQL and relational databases, and familiarity with Git or another version control tool.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and operational teams.
• Preferred: exposure to Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms, Next.js, Power Apps, Power BI, APIs, or system integrations.
• Preferred: manufacturing or industrial experience, including through an internship or project; familiarity with ERP, MES, Quality Management Systems, manufacturing quality, traceability, or ISO 9001.
• Preferred: familiarity with CI/CD and modern software development practices, and interest in automation, data analytics, AI/ML, or digital transformation.

• Develop, maintain, and improve Quality Control applications using tools such as Python, Next.js, and Power Apps; build features from business and Quality requirements and write clear, maintainable, documented code.
• Troubleshoot software problems and implement improvements; participate in code reviews, testing, version control, deployment, and system validation.
• Maintain digital Quality platforms, including CheckIT, SolveIT, and the CoolIT Issue Tracker, and help automate inspection workflows and other manual Quality processes.
• Work with QC colleagues to understand operational needs and identify opportunities to improve system usability, efficiency, and data accuracy.
• Support cloud-based QC applications in Microsoft Azure, APIs, and integrations with databases and other company systems; troubleshoot related issues and follow IT, cybersecurity, and development standards.
• Create and maintain SQL queries, datasets, and basic data models; support Power BI dashboards, automated reports, and data visualizations while helping ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with Quality, IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other teams; gather and document user requirements and contribute to digital improvement initiatives.
• Provide user support and documentation, communicate technical issues and proposed solutions to varied stakeholders, and participate in implementation and continuous improvement.
• Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and system change records; support data traceability and audit readiness and follow version control, data governance, and cybersecurity requirements.
