Position: Lead QA Tester
Location: Memphis TN ( Local only ) 9 2- 3 days onsite )
Duration: 12 Months COntract

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in program management and testing procedures.
- Strong experience in PowerBI for reporting.
- Knowledge of automation tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in APIs Cucumber SNOW Sparx and Postman.
- Experience in ephemeral environments is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed test scenarios and manage daily reporting during active testing cycles.
- Utilize PowerBI for reporting and data visualization.
- Implement automation where possible while recognizing that not everything can be automated.
- Work with the environmental team to coordinate live testing calls and research defects.
- Collaborate with ARTs to verify information.
- Measure the quality of tests detailed steps defect rates and adherence to tight deadlines.
