Job Description

Salary: $114,095 - 268,180 per year Requirements:

• We require at least five years of recent hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, including two years with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, Saviynt Identity Cloud, or similar enterprise IGA platforms.
• A bachelors degree in computer science, information security, or information systems from an accredited college or university is preferred; alternatively, a high school diploma or GED plus seven years of SailPoint, Saviynt, or related identity security experience is required.
• We need experience implementing SailPoint ISC and/or Saviynt solutions, including application onboarding, identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, role engineering, workflows, policies, and legacy IAM migrations.
• We are looking for strong knowledge of identity governance, access controls, segregation of duties, regulatory compliance requirements, and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• We value experience leading technical workstreams, mentoring team members, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting identity governance transformation efforts.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics, workflow automation, agentic security concepts, and emerging identity security technologies is important.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities are required, along with the capacity to lead technical discussions and deliver high-quality client solutions.
• Ability to travel as needed is required.

• We lead SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Saviynt implementations, covering solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, optimization, and application onboarding.
• We design identity governance solutions, including identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, role models, workflows, policies, and integrations.
• We drive technical delivery by resolving complex issues, supporting onboarding efforts, and ensuring successful implementation results.
• We collaborate with application owners, security teams, business stakeholders, and project leadership to gather requirements and support delivery.
• We develop technical documentation, governance standards, solution designs, operational procedures, and identity governance leading practices.
• We support AI-enabled identity governance capabilities, including intelligent access analysis, lifecycle automation, governance insights, and emerging identity security technologies.
• We act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to help maintain a respectful and courteous work environment.
