Manufacturing Operator

Location: Twin Falls, ID

Shift: Rotating shifts, Days 6am to 2pm, Swing 6pm to 10pm, Nights 10pm to 6am. Training on day shift for 2 to 3 weeks. Union site, no fixed schedule, shift assigned based on need. Weekends and holidays may be required.

Client Overview

This is a large manufacturing plant in Twin Falls that makes packaging products. It runs production around the clock, so the plant needs workers who can jump in on different shifts and keep the line moving.

What You'll Do

• Operate production equipment on the line
• Work inside and outside as needed
• Handle physical demands of the job including heat, noise, and standing for long periods
• Work assigned shifts including days, swings, and nights
• Learn new tasks quickly as job needs change
• Follow safety and quality procedures on the line
• Work weekends and holidays as scheduled

What We Need From You

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 3 years of full time or part time work or schooling in the last 4 years
• Able to work all 3 rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
• Basic mechanical and numerical ability to learn tasks quickly

Preferred / Bonus

• Prior manufacturing or production line experience
