The perfect candidate will blend hospitality, precision, and pace. If you have a background working in a fast-moving, specialty business, think of a Wellness Spa, Fitness Studio, or the Front-of-House at a Great Hotel or Restaurant where delivering a Seamless Guest Experience Under Pressure is Second Nature, this position "might be right" for you. You lead with empathy and make sure both patients, and team members feel the impact of how the organization is redefining acne care.Working Onsite between Two (2) Locations (Upper East Side and The Village), including Some Holidays (TBA) to serve our patients best. The office is open 6-days per Week; Mon & Wed (8am-8pm); Tue, Thu & Fri (10am-8pm); and Sat (10am-6pm). You will work a minimum of 40-hours across Four or Five (4 or 5) Working Days.QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLSHigh School Diploma or GED required; Some College (Associates or Bachelors) preferred.One Plus (1+) years of Experience Working in Hospitality, Healthcare, Wellness, or Fast-paced Service Environments.Experience Working in a Startup Environment is a plus but not required.A steady Presence Under Pressure - calm, clear, and action-orientedPassion for Hospitality, Empathy, and Care - your default mode is human-first.A Self-starter Mindset - curious, resourceful, and energized by challenge.Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills.Confidence using Scheduling and Point-of-Sale Systems.DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIESPatient ExperienceGreet each patient warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in.Uphold the organization's standard of hospitality in every interaction.Book, confirm, and manage patient appointments (walk-ins and by appointment) through our scheduling system, Zenoti.Coordinate with our clinical team to maintain a smooth daily flow.Manage cancellations, reschedules, and same-day adjustments with care and professionalism.Schedule follow-up visits.Communication, Administration & MarketingVerify patient information and ensure all required forms and consents are completed prior to appointments.Answer patient questions about forms, treatments (with our clinical team), policies, pricing & packaging clearly and kindly.Support communication between patients and clinicians.Serve as a point of contact for patient communications across email, phone, and text.Support local marketing initiatives such as community outreach, partner collaborations, and event participation.Retail & OperationsCheck patients out at the end of their visit with warmth and efficiency.Process retail product sales and educate patients on recommended skincare items.Support our skincare inventoryMaintain an organized retail display.Prepare for the day by setting up the front desk, restocking retail products and supplies, and ensuring systems are ready for patient care.Maintain a pristine environment throughout the day (e.g., restocking shared and employee spaces including bathrooms, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring all areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.Close by reconciling payments, restocking, tidying, and securing the space.WORKING CONDITIONS / ENVIRONMENTThis is an in-person role based at our NYC clinics. The work is active, team-based, and patient-facing. You can expect to:Be on your feet for a lot of the day, moving between front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities.Support physical tasks like stocking, organizing supplies, and resetting treatment rooms.Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.Navigate a fast-paced environment that requires real-time decision-making and multitasking. xhyhwjd Work clinic hours include evenings, Saturdays, and some holidays.
