DPI Staffing is seeking reliable and motivated Mitigation Support Technicians for a temp to hire position with our client in Portland, Oregon. This role involves responding to water damage emergencies, performing mitigation and cleanup services, and helping provide restoration to residential and commercial properties. What You’ll Do:

• Assist with water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and emergency board-up services
• Perform crawl space and attic work
• Support Service Specialists on job sites
• Complete documentation and maintain equipment
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency response
• Perform biohazard cleanup, including blood, feces, and other bodily fluids

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday (typically 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM; may vary)
• On-call rotation: 1 week per month
• Weekday evenings after 5:00 PM
• All day Saturday and Sunday

Pay Range D.O.E:

• No experience: $17–$20/hour
• 1–2 years: $20–$22/hour
• 3–5 years: $22–$27/hour

What We’re Looking For:

• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong work ethics and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift to 75 lbs. and work in physically demanding environments
• Comfortable working conditions that may include water, sewage, mold, fire damage, and biohazard materials
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (required)
