Office Administrator Quarry Hills Plumbing & HVAC is seeking an organized, dependable, and customer-focused Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can manage multiple priorities while keeping daily office operations running smoothly. Responsibilities: * Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally * Schedule and dispatch service appointments * Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the day * Enter and maintain accurate customer and job information * Prepare invoices, process payments, and assist with basic bookkeeping * Manage emails, paperwork, filing, and other administrative duties * Follow up with customers regarding appointments and outstanding invoices * Support management and field staff as needed Qualifications: * Minimum of two years of office administration or customer service experience * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Professional and friendly telephone manner * Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office * Experience with ServiceTitan is strongly preferred * Experience in the plumbing, heating, or HVAC industry is a plus * Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently * Availability to work occasional Saturdays as needed Benefits: * Competitive hourly pay based on experience * Health and dental insurance * Matching 401(k) * Paid time off * Paid sick time Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed.
