Packaging & Kitchen Production Staff (Cannabis Manufacturing Support)
Our client, a multi-state cannabis operator with production facilities in Washington State, is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Packaging & Kitchen Production Staff to support edible manufacturing operations. This role is primarily focused on packaging finished products, with cross-training in kitchen production tasks within a regulated cannabis manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Package finished cannabis edible products accurately and consistently according to company and regulatory standards

Assist in kitchen production processes, including:

Removing gummies from molds

Coating gummies in sanding sugar or finishing ingredients

Sifting, sorting, and preparing products for packaging

Ensure all products meet strict quality control and compliance standards

Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment in accordance with food safety and cannabis manufacturing regulations

Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), batch records, and compliance documentation requirements

Support additional production and packaging tasks as needed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older

Must be eligible to work in cannabis operations in the state of Washington , including passing any required background checks per state regulations

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency

Ability to follow detailed instructions and comply with regulated manufacturing procedures

Comfortable working in a production environment with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Preferred Experience

Prior experience in food production, packaging, manufacturing, or regulated environments (cannabis, pharmaceutical, or food processing preferred but not required)

Familiarity with sanitation standards or GMP-like environments is a plus
Work Environment

Regulated cannabis manufacturing facility in Washington State

Fast-paced production line environment

Requires adherence to strict cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards

Cross-training across packaging and kitchen production functions
