Gymboree Lafayette is searching for fun and lively individuals to facilitate our internationally recognized Gymboree Play & Music programs. At Gymboree, we take a playful and active approach to learning. We know that playing and learning are inextricably linked and our "whole child" approach helps children to build strong motor and social skills to better prepare them for school, all while having fun!

Don't have any teaching experience? That's OK. We provide all the training and support you'll need to facilitate Gymboree classes.

What you will do as a Gymboree Play & Music Teacher

• Facilitate parent-child interactive activities
• Age appropriate play activities 
• Teach birthday parties 
• Lesson plan according to Gymboree Play & Music curriculum
• Answer incoming calls, make outbound calls, greet and service customers

What Gymboree Play & Music is looking for in a teacher

• Experience working with children newborn to 5 years preferred
• Group leadership skills 
• Customer service oriented 
• Team player
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, gregarious, creative

Hours of position

Part-time available.  Flexible schedule required; classes held weekdays, evenings and weekends.

 

 

 

Compensation: $17.00 per hour

Gymboree Play & Music - Lafayette is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
