Job Description

Requirements：

1. Long-term experience in strategic research or consulting, with a unique research perspective and strong analytical and judgment skills.
2. Prior experience providing strategic research or consulting services to governments, multinational corporations, or institutions is preferred.
3. Previous working experiences in government departments, large multinational corporations, or international organizations are preferred.
4. Ability to work remotely on a part-time, collaborative basis within an expert network.

1. Project-based collaboration: Fees range from 500 to 1,000 USD per engagement (e.g., online interviews, briefings, consultations, reports), adjusted based on the scale and complexity of the project.
2. Remote and flexible engagement: Work entirely remotely on a project-by-project basis, according to client needs and your availability.
3. Option for fixed stipend: As a core network member, you are also eligible for a regular quarterly stipend.
4. Anonymity or attribution: You may choose to publish reports anonymously or under your name. We also facilitate participation in high-level conferences and exchanges to support your professional visibility and academic development. Job Overview：
