Pediatric patient with tracheostomy and g‑tube
Start date: 09/16
Consistent, ongoing schedule
Strong pediatric clinical support and hands‑on guidance
Provide 1:1 pediatric care including trach care, suctioning, g‑tube feeding, and daily comfort/safety
Monitor and support the child’s respiratory and nutritional needs
Partner with family and our pediatric clinical leadership for consistent, high‑quality care
LPN: $40/hr
Active New Jersey LPN License
Preferred pediatric trach and g‑tube experience
Current BLS Certification
Authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver’s license preferred
Physical exam within 12 months
PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
Flu vaccine or approved exemption
