Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate, reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a pediatric home care case in Franklin Lakes, NJ . Mon, Tues, Wed: PM transport – 7pm
Sunday: 1pm–7pm Flexible additional hours may become available.
Provide 1:1 pediatric care focused on safety, comfort, and daily needs
Support the child and family with consistent, compassionate care
Collaborate closely with our pediatric clinical leadership for guidance and support
LPN: $40/hr
Active New Jersey LPN License
Preferred pediatric experience (home care or acute care)
Current BLS Certification
Authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver’s license preferred
Physical exam within 12 months
PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
Flu vaccine or approved exemption
Supportive pediatric clinical leadership
Consistent evening and weekend hours
