Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced and compassionate Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to a pediatric client in the comfort of their home in Manhattan, NY .
This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN who is looking for a consistent schedule and the opportunity to provide personalized care to a 9 month pediatric patient.
As a Pediatric LPN with Affirmed Home Care, you will provide individualized nursing care to a pediatric patient in a one-on-one home environment. You will work closely with the patient's family and clinical team to help ensure safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.
