Individualized pediatric care — Provide safe, developmentally appropriate 1:1 nursing
Clinical monitoring & documentation — Observe, record, and communicate changes in condition
Family‑centered support — Partner with families to promote comfort and stability
Home safety — Maintain infection control and proper equipment use
LPN: $40/hr
Day shifts
Evening shifts
Overnight shifts Multiple pediatric cases with flexible scheduling.
Active New Jersey LPN License
Pediatric experience preferred (home care or facility)
Current BLS Certification
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Valid driver’s license preferred
Physical exam within 12 months
PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption
Supportive pediatric clinical leadership
