Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Director to oversee the operations of multiple child care centers. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring excellence in program quality, regulatory compliance, family satisfaction, and staff development across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, support, and mentorship to Center Directors and their teams.
• Ensure all centers maintain compliance with state licensing, safety, and accreditation standards.
• Drive enrollment growth and maintain strong relationships with families and the community.
• Monitor budgets, staffing, and operational performance to achieve company goals.
• Foster a positive culture that supports teachers, engages families, and prioritizes children’s development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in child care/early education.
• Strong knowledge of DHS regulations and child care best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Salaried position with bonus incentives up to $15,000.
