Position OverviewWe are seeking Psychiatric Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide specialized care for patients with psychiatric and behavioral disorders.
Pay RatesFull-Time: $40 $50/hour
Per-Diem: $50 $60/hour
Assess psychiatric conditions and develop care plans
Administer medications and monitor patient response
Provide emotional support and therapeutic care
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Educate patients and families on treatment plans
Strong communication and de-escalation skills
Ability to handle sensitive and high-risk situations
Active RN license (state-specific or compact)
BSN Required
Magnet-ready experience preferred
BLS required
Psychiatric nursing experience preferred
