Customer Experience Coordinator (Remote)
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Coordinator to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will support clients by coordinating services, answering questions, and ensuring every interaction is smooth, organized, and positive from start to finish.
As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will communicate with clients, assist with scheduling and service coordination, provide accurate information, and help create outstanding customer experiences. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online messaging platforms.
Coordinate customer requests and assist with scheduling and service updates.
