As a Sales Arborist, you will play a vital role in helping clients protect and enhance their landscapes, combining your passion for plant health with relationship-building and expert advice. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients
• Assess the health of trees and shrubs, providing expert recommendations and solutions
• Manage and grow your own client base through proactive outreach and exceptional service
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Continuously expand your knowledge of arboriculture and industry best practices

Qualifications

• Background in tree care, landscaping, horticulture, or sales (training provided)
• Self-motivated, independent, and driven to achieve goals
• Strong communication skills and a professional presence
• Curious, trustworthy, and focused on building lasting relationships
• Interest in pursuing industry certifications such as ISA Certified Arborist, NY Category 3A License, CT Arborist License, or CT Ornamental & Turf License (company supports certification)
