This role focuses on **generating and qualifying leads**, engaging with prospective customers, and supporting appointment scheduling for home improvement and energy-related services.
* Conduct outbound outreach (phone, text, email, and online channels)
* Engage with prospective homeowners and introduce services
* Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
* Accurately enter and manage lead information
* Maintain consistent communication and follow-ups
* Represent the company in a professional manner
* HVAC systems and energy efficiency solutions
* Roofing and window services
* Basement remodeling and home upgrades
* Financing options for qualified homeowners
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable speaking with prospective clients
* Self-motivated and organized
* Basic computer and data entry skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
