Job Description

Salary: $95,855 - 208,265 per year Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of recent, hands-on Identity Governance and Administration experience, including at least one year with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
• Bachelors degree in computer science, information security, or information systems from an accredited college or university preferred; alternatively, a high school diploma or GED plus five years of SailPoint or related identity security experience is required
• Experience supporting SailPoint ISC implementations, including application onboarding, identity lifecycle management, certifications, role engineering, workflows, policies, and IAM migrations
• Understanding of identity governance, access controls, segregation of duties, regulatory compliance requirements, and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Ability to contribute to technical workstreams, partner with stakeholders, and support identity governance initiatives
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to take part in technical discussions and deliver high-quality client solutions
• Ability to travel as needed
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship

• Support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud implementations, including application onboarding, setup, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvement
• Configure and maintain SailPoint ISC solutions across identity lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, role models, workflows, policies, and integrations
• Troubleshoot technical problems, resolve onboarding issues, and assist with identity governance activities
• Work closely with application owners, security teams, business partners, and project teams to gather needs and help deliver projects
• Create technical documentation, configuration guides, operating procedures, and SailPoint ISC best practices
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal accountability to support our respectful and courteous workplace
