Job Description

Salary: $66,000 - 106,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with at least three years of recent experience managing and supporting large enterprise systems in complex, matrixed organizations, including three years of hands-on ServiceNow platform administration with a strong emphasis on ITSM, ITOM, and IRM.
• We require a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of at least eight years of relevant work experience.
• We prefer candidates who have completed at least one full ServiceNow implementation and hold an active ServiceNow System Administration (CSA) certification, along with one or more of the following: CIS-IT Service Management, CIS-Discovery, CIS-Event Management, CIS-Service Mapping, CIS-Risk and Compliance, CIS-Third Party Risk Management, or CIS-Vulnerability Management.
• We are seeking experience leading teams of different sizes in delivering agile projects or project components against defined requirements.
• We need proficiency in customizing workflows, Business Rules, and UI Scripts with JavaScript to build tailored applications and configurations on the ServiceNow platform.
• We require the ability to travel as needed.
• We require authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

• We provide expert guidance for ServiceNow implementations by directing planning and execution across ITSM, ITOM, or IRM workstreams.
• We lead client workshops to share leading practices, understand complex business needs, and convert them into functional and technical requirements.
• We direct both onshore and offshore teams to deliver agile project outputs assigned by engagement leadership.
• We assess ServiceNow platform performance, identify and troubleshoot software issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• We define development standards for ServiceNow and review work from extended development teams to ensure alignment with those standards.
• We prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and advise them to support decision-making.
