Job Description

Salary: $94,430 - 202,745 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for at least three years of management consulting experience in the public sector and state or local government, ideally as a technical architect responsible for large-scale application design and architecture.
• We require a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in technical sciences, information systems, or a related technical discipline, and/or related technical certifications in Enterprise Asset Management.
• We seek demonstrated ability to deliver transportation-related solutions, including experience with IBM Maximo, along with practical project management skills across the full project delivery lifecycle.
• We value experience providing enterprise architecture analysis and design services for large-scale system implementation projects, as well as modular systems.
• We need knowledge of transportation infrastructure support.
• We require the ability to travel up to 50%.
• We require authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

• We support the delivery of large, complex public sector and state or local government engagements that identify, design, and implement innovative business and technology services, with a focus on transportation systems including IBM Maximo and Octave Attune.
• We execute public sector and state or local government methodologies and solutions in the Enterprise Asset Management space.
• We manage engagement risk, project economics, planning and budgeting, accounts receivable, and deliverable definition to help secure buy-in from senior management.
• We build and maintain relationships with management at state or local government agencies and relevant commercial partners to position ourselves for new Enterprise Asset Management business opportunities.
• We assess projects from a technical perspective to help ensure the development methods are sound and practical, and we evaluate risks tied to requirements management, business process definition, testing, internal controls, project communications, training, and organizational change management.
• We work closely with client teams, client asset managers, and supervisor or technician roles connected to asset management operations.
