The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, and comfortable working independently while meeting performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and search trends relevant to each site’s niche.
  • Optimize on-page elements including meta titles, descriptions, headers, internal linking, and content structure.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes related to site speed, mobile usability, crawlability, and indexing issues.

  • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing 10+ websites at once.
  • Familiarity with content marketing and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Understanding of local SEO, e-commerce SEO, or niche-specific SEO strategies.
  • Experience with automation tools or AI-assisted SEO workflows.

Work Expectations:

  • Manage SEO efforts for approximately 20 websites with varying priorities and goals.
  • Provide regular reports (weekly or bi-weekly) outlining performance, improvements, and next steps.
  • Meet agreed-upon KPIs such as traffic growth, keyword rankings, and conversion improvements.
  • Maintain consistent communication with the team regarding progress and challenges.

What We Offer:

  • Flexible working hours and remote work environment.
  • Opportunity to work on a diverse range of websites and industries.
  • Performance-based growth and long-term collaboration potential.
  • Supportive team environment with room for skill development.
  • Compensation: $14–$17 per hour (based on experience and performance)

This role is ideal for an SEO professional who enjoys managing multiple projects, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is focused on delivering measurable results. If you have a passion for SEO and a track record of improving website performance, we encourage you to apply.
