Key Responsibilities

- Perform hands-on work in industrial, automotive, repair, production, machining, or skilled trade environments.
- Assist with sandblasting, manual machining, appliance repair, small engine repair, HVAC-related support, or general labor tasks depending on assignment.
- Use tools, equipment, and shop processes safely while following company procedures.
- Inspect work, identify issues, and support quality standards in a fast-paced work environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work as part of a team to meet production, repair, service, or project goals.

Compensation and Benefits

- Less than 1 year of experience required.
- Interest in learning a skilled trade or growing within an industrial career path.
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools, equipment, or machinery.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and contribute to a team environment.
- Willingness to train, learn new processes, and take on hands-on responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in automotive repair, HVAC, small engine repair, appliance repair, sandblasting, manual machining, industrial labor, production, or related hands-on work.
- Trade school, technical training, shop class, or mechanical coursework.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools, power tools, shop equipment, or safety practices.
