Standup Forklift/ EPJ Operator – Night Shift (Cold Storage)

Location: Oakdale, CA

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, Night Shift

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Industry: Cold Storage / Warehouse Operations

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Standup Forklift / Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) Operator to join our cold-storage team in Oakdale, CA.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, maintain strong attention to detail, and have recent, hands-on operating experience.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate standup forklifts and EPJs in a cold-storage environment.
Load, unload, stage, and move product throughout the facility
Follow all safety protocols, equipment procedures, and warehouse guidelines
Maintain accurate documentation and support inventory control
Work efficiently to meet nightly production goals
Perform basic equipment inspections and report any issues

Requirements:

Recent, on-the-job standup forklift and EPJ operating experience is required
Stable work history: No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years
Ability to work in cold-storage temperatures for the full shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Must be able to work Sunday–Thursday night shift
Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills

Qualifications

Experience in cold-storage or food distribution environments
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
Safety-focused mindset and strong situational awareness
