You’ll work alongside account managers supporting major UK retailers, contributing to live projects and gaining a clear understanding of how commercial sales teams operate The Internship Experience Hasbro’s Summer Internship Program offers a behind-the-scenes look at how a global play and entertainment company operates- paired with the opportunity to make a real impact. Interns are fully embedded on their teams and trusted to own meaningful business projects aligned to team priorities. Throughout the summer, you’ll contribute to work that matters while also being part of a broader global intern cohort, gaining exposure to professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and leadership engagement designed to support your growth and learning. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting the sales team on key UK retail accounts Analysing sales data and identifying trends, risks and opportunities Helping build customer presentations and internal updates Supporting promotional planning and tracking in-store and online activity Conducting store and online reviews to understand how products are performing Working cross-functionally with marketing, finance and supply chain teams Assisting with day-to-day commercial operations and reporting What You’ll Gain Exposure to how major UK retailers are managed and grown Experience working with real commercial data and insights Understanding of sales strategy, promotions and product launches Mentorship from experienced sales professionals What We’re Looking For Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Confident communicator with a proactive approach Comfortable working with data (Excel skills beneficial) Interest in sales, retail or consumer products By the end of the program, interns leave with tangible accomplishments, a clear understanding of how their work creates value, and meaningful exposure to what a full-time, entry-level role at Hasbro could look like, positioning them well for potential future opportunities. Program Details Interview Timeline: February – April Summer Internship Program Dates (adjust accordingly for Co-op): Start: Early June (target June 8) End: Late August (target August 21) Commitment: Full-time (40 hours/week) Compensation: Rates vary based on year in school, degree program, and office location Final rates communicated during offer process Location: This internship opportunity will take place in our Stockley Park, UK office.
