Come join our Culver's team in Mukwonago, WI. This restaurant is located at 1090 N. Rochester St, Mukwonago, WI 53149.  We are located 45 minutes from downtown Milwaukee.

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly, efficient service to our guests
• Take orders, handle food preparation, and maintain cleanliness
• Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly
• Help create a welcoming atmosphere for customers

• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Open availability preferred - wage offer will be based on this (minimal extended vacations during the season)
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right people!

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The physical demands described here are representative of those to be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:

• Move items weighing up to 50 pounds for various needs
• Possess manual dexterity for assembly
• Able to reach, bend, push, pull and/or stretch body to grab or move items 
• Remain in a standing/sitting position for 4 or more hours at a time 
• Able to quickly move about inside and outside the restaurant
• Able to use various kitchen equipment such as deep fryers, grills, toasters, etc. if allowed to by law
• Exposure to cold temperatures from coolers and freezers, as well as heat from cooking equipment
• Exposure to weather such as heat, cold, rain, snow and wind
• Able to see, read, and comprehend a variety of written or displayed media

In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard.
