Job Description::

• Senior, hands-on Scrum Lead / Agile Delivery Lead who has experience supporting Platform and Operations teams operating at scale. This role will support Hercules team with four pods: L3 Support Operations, Data Platform, API Services Platform, and DevSecOps. The work Hercules does is highly technical, interrupt-driven work (incidents, escalations), dependency-heavy (cross-team and external), with a mix of BAU support and committed technical initiatives.

• The ideal candidate must have:
  Experience working with platform, infrastructure, data, DevOps, SRE, or operations teams (not just feature/product delivery teams)
  Demonstrated success supporting teams with:
  Production support and incident-driven work
  Security, infrastructure, or reliability initiatives
  Frequent unplanned or high priority work
  Experience coordinating across multiple teams/pods simultaneously
  Proven ability to operate in environments with significant cross-team and external dependencies
  Comfortable working with senior engineers, tech leads, and managers without direct authority
  Strong facilitation and communication skills
  Pragmatic application of Agile/Scrum (e.g. adapts scrum to fit operational realities instead of forcing strict frameworks)
  Ways of working (Critical fit)
  Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
  Proactively identifies blockers and risks rather than reacting late
  Helps teams re-plan confidently when priorities shift
  Reinforces clarity around:
  What is BAU vs initiative work
  Ownership and accountability
  When work belongs in sprint vs ops/support queues
  Can standardize execution practices without creating bureaucracy

What this role is not:
Not a junior or entry-level Scrum Master role
Not ceremony-only (standups, retros, Jira status updates)
Not limited to a single stable product team with predictable scope
Not someone who relies heavily on "by-the-book Agile" without flexibility
